• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically shipped within 3 days.
• Courier: TCS for nationwide delivery.
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp after dispatch.

Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days (1 week) of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Custom-made items (e.g., personalized neon signs) may be non-returnable except for defects/damage.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
